Yoga and Mental Training Programs for Athletes

We understand that each sport has a different demand on the body. That is why our programs are individually tailored to the needs of your sport and your team. We know that an athlete’s life is very busy. We want to help make it a little easier for you. Our highly educated trainers will come to your location when it fits in your schedule.

We work with individual athletes and teams of each and every sport, be it football, cheerleading, horseback riding, or chess. We offer trainings for athletes of ALL AGES, both amateur and professional. Best of all, we come directly to you!

We offer the following Programs:

• PRE-TRAINING SESSIONS:  to warm the body up and get the mind focused
• POST-TRAINING SESSIONS:  to decompress body and mind
• FULL BODY WORKOUT SESSIONS: to strengthen the deeper layers of the muscle tissues
• PRE-GAME SESSIONS:  to warm the body up, de-stress the mind and enter the flow
• NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION:  which helps to focus the mind and enter the flow

The sessions are 60 – 90 minutes, except for the pre-game session, which is 45 minutes.
